Estar EVD500G12DA4 12V Contactor, Aux: Normally Open, Continuous duty

The Estar EVD500G12DA4 is a 12V single pole, single throw (SPST-NO) DC contactor from Estar's EVD series, rated for 500A continuous current at up to 1000V DC. It is fitted with an auxiliary switch (normally open) for remote monitoring of the main contact position.

Epoxy sealed and nitrogen-filled for a hermetically sealed contact chamber, the EVD500G12DA4 is designed for demanding DC switching duties in EV charging, battery storage, and industrial power systems. The single pole, normally open main contacts are non-polarised, so the contactor can be wired without regard to current direction, and are suitable for interrupted and continuous switching of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The 12V coil is continuously rated, giving reliable, sustained operation without the need for a PWM economiser circuit.
