Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Returns and Refund Policy:

Goods refers to the items offered for sale through the Service.
Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
Service refers to the Website operated by HE Infusion UK Ltd.
Website refers to HE Infusion, accessible at

You means the individual, company, or other legal entity purchasing Goods from us.

Returns
Returns of non-faulty Goods may be accepted only at the discretion of HE Infusion UK Ltd.
All returns must be authorised in advance by our team through a Returns Authorisation (RMA).
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
    •    The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the Goods
    •    The Goods must be unused and uninstalled
    •    The Goods must be returned in their original packaging
    •    The Goods must be approved via an RMA prior to return
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

Non-Returnable Goods
The following Goods are not eligible for return:
    •    Special-order or non-stock items
    •    Goods supplied to customer specifications
    •    Goods that have been used, installed, modified, or connected to electrical systems
    •    Goods not returned in their original packaging

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as HE Infusion UK Ltd cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds cannot be issued until the returned Goods have been received and inspected.

Refunds
Where a return has been authorised and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
