Also known as "hook-up" or "equipment" wire, this general-purpose single-core cable is used throughout marine, aviation, industrial and automotive wiring looms wherever a flexible, low-current control or signal conductor is needed. The tinned copper strands resist corrosion in damp or marine environments, while the Type 3 hard-grade PVC insulation gives good mechanical and chemical resistance across a wide operating temperature range.
